摘要
以大冶铁矿深部通风系统的需风量动态核算评估体系为研究对象,基于监测系统运行参数和人员定位信息,建立了区域需风量动态核算体系。根据生产作业计划和作业人数计算回采工作面的需风量,并考虑排除炮烟和排尘的需风量。同时,根据有毒有害气体浓度修正需风量,确保作业区域内有毒有害气体不超标。研究结果为精准管理和调节井下通风系统提供了数据支持。
This article focuses on the research object of the dynamic calculation and evaluation system of ventilation requirements in the deep ventilation system of Daye Iron Mine.By monitoring the operating parameters of the system and personnel positioning information,a regional dynamic calculation system for ventilation requirements is estab-lished.The ventilation requirements of the mining face are calculated based on the production plan and the number of workers,taking into account the ventilation requirements for removing smoke and dust.Additionally,the ventilation requirements are adjusted based on the concentration of toxic and hazardous gases to ensure that the levels do not ex-ceed the permissible limits in the working area.This provides data support for precise management and regulation of the underground ventilation system.
