基于故障树和层次分析法的钢铁企业烟气净化设施坍塌事故分析

摘要 为了预防钢铁企业事故发生,确定烟气净化设施坍塌事故影响因素和权重,采用故障树和层次分析法构建了以15个指标为基础的分析模型,并对主要因素量化排序。结果表明,不安全行为和不安全状态是影响烟气净化设施坍塌的主要因素,管理缺失对事故的影响相对较弱。其中,设计冗余不足和超负荷运行权重最大,应作为事故预防的关键考虑因素。 In order to prevent accidents in iron and steel enterprises and determine the influencing factors and weights of collapse accidents of flue gas purification facilities,an analysis model based on 15 indicators is constructed by using fault tree and analytic hierarchy process,and the main factors are quantified and ranked.The results show that unsafe behavior and unsafe state are the main factors affecting the collapse of flue gas purification facilities,and the lack of management has a relatively weak impact on the accident.Among them,the lack of design redundancy and overload operation have the largest weight,which should be taken as the key considerations for accident prevention.
