摘要
红色文化是优质的教育资源和宝贵的精神财富,将其融入大学生思想政治教育,产生的育人价值是显著的。当前,吉林省红色文化融入大学生思想政治教育还存在思政课教师队伍专业化程度有待提高、红色文化教育活动未能融入人才培养全过程等问题。高校应采取有力措施,夯实思政课教师队伍的专业化建设,完善红色文化教育的人才培养机制,发挥网络和新媒体的传播辐射作用,深化地方领域协作增强教育吸引力。
Red culture is a valuable educational resource and spiritual treasure.Integrating it into college students’ideological and political education has a significant impact on their development.However,in Jilin Province,there are challenges in integrating red culture into the ideological and political education of college students.These challenges include the need to enhance the professionalism of ideological and political course instructors and fully integrate red culture education into the entire talent development process.To address these issues,it is recommended that universities take strong measures to improve the professionalism of ideological and political course instructors,refine the talent development mechanisms related to red culture education,utilize the reach of the internet and new media,and enhance educational attractiveness through deeper regional collaborations.
