摘要
以内蒙古包头钢铁厂(以下简称包钢)为例,分析了融媒体给企业文化传播带来的机遇与挑战,从四个层面提出融媒体赋能企业文化传播的路径:一是转变企业文化传播思路;二是注重文化传播内外双向融合;三是注重以人为本的企业文化建设;四是打造融媒体宣传管理团队。
Taking Baotou Iron and Steel Plant(hereinafter referred to as"Baotou Steel")in Inner Mongolia as an example,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by converged media to corporate culture communication,and puts forward the paths of the corporate culture communication empowered by converged media from four aspects:firstly,transforming the ideas of corporate culture communication;secondly,focusing on the two-way integration of internal and external culture communication;thirdly,focusing on the construction of people-oriented corporate culture;and fourthly,creating the converged media publicity management team.
