日粮添加平菇菌糠发酵饲料对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质和血清抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:1

摘要 文章旨在研究日粮添加平菇菌糠发酵饲料对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质和血清抗氧化指标的影响。试验将日龄、产蛋率相近,健康状况良好的960只海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复40只。试验组分别向基础日粮中添加2%、4%和8%的平菇菌糠发酵饲料。试验共计49 d,预饲期7 d,正试期42 d。试验结果表明,日粮添加4%平菇菌糠发酵饲料可显著提高蛋鸡产蛋率(P<0.05);日粮添加4%和8%平菇菌糠发酵饲料显著降低蛋鸡料蛋比(P<0.05)。日粮添加平菇菌糠发酵饲料可显著提高蛋壳强度(P<0.05)。日粮添加平菇菌糠发酵饲料可显著提高蛋鸡血清总超氧化物歧化酶活性(P<0.05),显著降低蛋鸡血清丙二醛含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,蛋鸡日粮平菇菌糠最适添加量为4%。 The article aims to study the effects of adding fermented feed of shiitake mushroom bran to the diet on egg production performance,egg quality,and serum antioxidant indicators of laying hens.960 Hailan brown laying hens with similar age,egg production rate,and good health were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 40 chickens in each replicate.The experimental group added 2%,4%,and 8%fermented mushroom bran feed to the basic diet.The experiment lasted for a total of 49 days,with a pre feeding period of 7 days and a trial period of 42 days.The experimental results showed that adding 4%fermented mushroom bran to the diet can significantly increase the egg production rate of laying hens(P<0.05);The addition of 4%and 8%fermented mushroom bran to the diet significantly reduced the feed to egg ratio of laying hens(P<0.05).Adding fermented mushroom bran to the diet can significantly improve the strength of eggshells(P<0.05).The addition of fermented mushroom bran to the diet can significantly increase the total superoxide dismutase activity in the serum of laying hens(P<0.05),and significantly reduce the malondialdehyde content in the serum of laying hens(P<0.05).In summary,under the conditions of this experiment,the optimal amount of mushroom bran added to the diet of laying hens is 4%.
