摘要
新时代高校课程高质量建设对大学生就业选择具有重要影响。党的二十大提出要完善思想政治工作体系,落实立德树人根本任务,推动实现更加充分更高质量就业。深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神,从思想引领、目标导向、内容要求、预期效果四个层面探究课程思政优化大学生就业选择的内在逻辑关系,研究目的在于探索课程思政优化大学生就业选择的教改实践路径,探索实践育人方式,深化教育改革。
The high-level curriculum construction of colleges and universities in the new era has an important impact on college students’employment choices.The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to improve the ideological and political work system,implement the fundamental task of cultivating moral character and cultivating people,and promote the realization of more full and higher employment.In-depth study and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and explore the internal logical relationship of the ideological and political curriculum to optimize the employment choices of college students from the four levels of ideological guidance,goal orientation,content requirements,and expected effects.The purpose of the research is to explore the ideological and political curriculum to optimize the employment choices of college students.Practical paths for educational reform,explore practical education,and deepen educational reform.
