摘要
目的采用基因测序方法鉴定8例ABO、Rh血型不符的疑难血型。方法收集本院2019年12月至2023年4月血型正反定型不符的8例血液标本,采用基因测序方法检测基因型。结果基因测序结果显示:8例样本中1例为A102/O01、1例为Bw12/O01、1例为B(A)、1例为O01/O02、1例为Bw19/O01、2例为类孟买、1例为weak D type 25/RHD*DEL1。其中有6例标本血型基因测序结果和血清学表型一致,2例标本的血清学表型和基因测序结果均表现出一定的差异。结论基因测序技术可以很好地解决输血患者抗原或抗体减弱以及亚型所致的ABO血型正反不符的血型鉴定,并鉴定了1个罕见的RhD变异型,可提升输血安全性,保证临床用血安全。
Objective To identify eight difficult blood groups with ABO and Rh blood group mismatches using gene sequencing method.Methods Eight blood samples were collected from our hospital from December 2019 to April 2023 with mismatched positive and ne-gative blood typing.Gene sequencing was used to detect the genotypes.Results Gene sequencing results showed that among the eight samples,one was A102/O01,one was Bw12/O01,one was B(A),one was O01/O02,one was Bw19/O01,two were Mumbai like,and one was weak D type 25/RHD*DEL1.The blood type gene sequencing results of six samples were consistent with the serological phenotypes,and two samples showed certain differences between serological phenotypes and gene sequencing results.Conclusion Gene sequencing technology can effectively solve the problem of ABO blood type identification caused by weakened antigen or antibody levels and subtypes in blood transfusion patients,and identify a rare RhD variant,which can improve the transfusion safety and ensure the clinical blood safety.
