大跨度预应力混凝土桥梁施工控制技术研究

摘要 大跨度预应力混凝土桥梁采用高强度材料,裂缝病害发生率低,因而在混凝土桥梁施工中得到广泛应用,然而实际应用期间,亟须处理施工控制技术难点。结合工程实例,分析了大跨度预应力混凝土桥梁施工控制的影响因素及方法,探究了大跨度预应力混凝土桥梁施工控制技术,如运用桥梁防腐防锈技术、提高桥梁铺装层质量、水下基础使用双壁钢围堰结构、连续箱梁控制技术等,并提出了大跨度预应力混凝土桥梁施工质量控制要点,希望为后期工作提供相应参考。 Large span prestressed concrete bridges are made of high-strength materials with a low incidence of crack damage,making them widely used in concrete bridge construction.However,during practical application,it is urgent to address the technical difficulties of construction control.Therefore,this article combines engineering examples to analyze the influencing factors and methods of construction control for large-span prestressed concrete bridges,and explores the construction control technology for large-span prestressed concrete bridges,such as using bridge anti-corrosion and rust prevention technology,improving the quality of bridge pavement layer,using double wall steel cofferdam structure for underwater foundation,continuous box beam control technology,etc.,and proposes the key points of construction quality control for large-span prestressed concrete bridges,hope to provide corresponding references for future work.
