摘要
农村生活污水治理工作具有点多、面广、战线长、任务重的特点,治理任务艰巨。以河津市农村生活污水综合利用PPP项目(二期)为例,通过梳理总结工程推进过程中面临的难点,提出经验和建议,以期为农村生活污水治理工作提供借鉴。
The treatment of rural domestic sewage has the characteristics of multiple points,wide coverage,long front lines,and heavy tasks,making the treatment task difficult.Taking the PPP project for the comprehensive utilization of rural domestic sewage in Hejin City(Phase II)as an example,the difficulties in the progress of the project were summarized,and experiences and suggestions were proposed to provide reference for rural domestic sewage treatment work.
