高墩液压自爬升模板系统空间有限元分析

摘要 液压自爬升模板系统在高墩桥梁施工过程中的安全性意义重大。以某一工程高墩液压自爬升模板系统为对象,采用有限元分析软件midas Civil 2015,分别对液压自爬升模板系统的荷载和施工工况进行计算和验算。研究表明:液压自爬升模板系统在施工工况、爬升工况和停工工况下均满足规范要求;施工单位在6级以上大风时应停止作业,并加强重点部位的锚固和墩柱四周爬模的连接,增强其整体稳定性。 The safety of hydraulic self-climbing formwork system is very important in the construction of high pier bridge.Taking the hydraulic self-climbing formwork system of a high pier as the object,the finite element analysis software Midas Civil 2015 was used to calculate and check the load and construction conditions of the hydraulic self-climbing formwork system.The results show that the hydraulic self-climbing formwork system meets the requirements of the code under construction,climbing and shutdown conditions.The construction unit should stop the operation when the wind is above level 6,and strengthen the anchorage of the key parts and the connection of the climbing mold around the pier column to enhance its overall stability.
