35 kV高压开关柜的凝露研究与预防

摘要 35 kV高压开关柜长期在潮湿环境中运行时,容易产生凝露现象,进而引起爬电、闪络、绝缘击穿等情况,导致短路故障或事故发生,为此对35 kV高压开关柜内部的凝露现象及常见的几种预防措施进行了对比分析,并重点对35 kV高压开关柜柜内加热除湿方案进行试验论证,并结合高湿度下开关柜的凝露机理仿真分析,提出了行之有效的加热器布置方案。 When the 35 kV high-voltage switchgear is operated in a humid environment for a long time,it is prone to condensation,which can lead to creepage,flashover,insulation breakdown,and short circuit faults or accidents.Therefore,a comparative analysis was conducted on the condensation phenomenon inside the 35 kV high-voltage switchgear and several common preventive measures.Focusing on the experimental demonstration of the heating and dehumidification scheme inside the 35 kV high-voltage switchgear cabinet,and combining with the simulation analysis of the condensation mechanism of the switchgear under high humidity,an effective heater layout scheme has been proposed.
