分布式储能对低压配电网电能质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 随着分布式光伏、分散式风电等分布式能源的大规模接入,以及非线性、冲击性负荷以及电力电子变换装置的应用给配电网带来了越来越严重的电能质量问题。笔者以低压配电网电能质量相关指标为研究对象,分析国家标准中对其相关要求,设计合理的仿真场景进行建模计算,通过分布式储能系统投入前后相关指标的变化,分析分布式储能不同配置方式对低压配电网电能质量的提高效果。结果表明,分布式储能对低压配电网的电压偏差、电压暂降具有明显改善效果,对电压波动影响较小,且作为谐波源对系统谐波总体影响较小。 With the large-scale access of distributed energy sources such as distributed photovoltaics and distributed wind power,as well as the application of nonlinear,impact loads and power electronic conversion devices,more and more serious power quality problems have been brought to the distribution network.The authors take the power quality related indicators of low voltage distribution network as the research object,analyze the relevant requirements in the national standard,design a reasonable simulation scenario for modeling and calculation,and analyze the improvement effect of different configuration modes of distributed energy storage on the power quality of low voltage distribution network through the changes of relevant indicators before and after the input of distributed energy storage system.The results show that the distributed energy storage has a sigmificant improvement effect on the voltage deviation and voltage sag of the low voltage distribution network,has little effect on the voltage fluctuation,and has litle effect on the overall harmonic of the system as a harmonic source.
