摘要
电网正常运行或遭受雷击时,地线上会流通感应电流和雷电流,由于地线挂点连接不可靠、接触电阻大、发热严重,极易造成挂点金具磨损,加上户外微风震动及极端恶劣天气,单挂点地线很容易掉串,导致跳闸事故。为推进安全生产专项整治三年行动计划,加快输电线路“三跨”、城市“生命线”供电线路重点隐患治理,保障电网安全运行和重要用户可靠供电,徐州供电公司输电运检室对所辖“三跨”区段输电线路地线进行双挂点改造。针对不同塔型、不同型号、不同悬挂方式的地线、光缆,分别进行设计、验证、安装,为“三跨”区段地线双挂点改造提出多种切实可行的解决方案。
When power grid operates normally or encounters lightning stroke,induced current and lightning current will flow on ground wires.Due to the unreliable connection of ground wire hanging point,the contact resistance is large,and the heating is serious,which is very easy to cause wear of hanging point hardware.In addition to outdoor breeze vibration and extreme bad weather,the single hanging point ground wire is easy to fall out of series,resulting in tripping accidents.In order to promote the three-year action plan for special rectification of production safety,accelerate the disposal of key hidden dangers of"three spans"of transmission lines and urban"lifeline"power supply lines,and ensure safe operation of power grid and reliable power supply of important users,the transmission operation inspection room of Xuzhou power supply company has carried out the retrofitting of double hanging pointson ground wires of transmission lines in the"three spans"section under its jurisdiction.In this paper,different tower types,different types of ground wires,optical cables and different suspension modes are designed,verified and installed respectively,so as to provide a variety of practical solutions for retrofitting double hanging points of ground wires in"three span"sections.
