摘要 通过分析矿业设备电气系统故障的类型和特点,探讨一种快速、精准的故障定位与修复技术,以提高矿业设备的稳定性和可靠性。研究结合现代电气工程理论和实际矿业生产需求,以提高故障诊断效率、降低维修成本为目标,深入研究了矿业设备电气系统常见故障的原因、特征及解决方案。通过理论分析,验证了所提出的电气故障定位与修复技术的实用性和可行性。 Through the analysis and research of electrical system faults in mining equipment,this article aims to explore a fast and accurate fault location and repair technology to improve the stability and reliability of mining equipment.The research combines modern electrical engineering theory with actual mining production needs,with the goal of improving the efficiency of fault diagnosis and reducing maintenance costs,and conducts in-depth research on the causes,characteristics,and solutions of common faults in the electrical system of mining equipment.Through theoretical analysis,the practicality and feasibility of the proposed electrical fault location and repair technology have been verified.
