摘要
目的探讨预康复联合术后运动康复锻炼在老年肺癌胸腔镜肺叶切除患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2019年2月—2022年2月在江苏省肿瘤医院接受胸腔镜肺叶切除术的144例老年肺癌患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法,将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各72例。对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理措施的基础上实施预康复联合术后运动康复锻炼。比较两组患者术后康复情况(首次下床时间、排气时间和排便时间以及并发症发生情况)、生活质量指数得分以及护理满意度得分。结果观察组患者的首次下床时间、排气时间、排便时间、总并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量指数得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预康复联合术后运动康复锻炼可促进老年肺癌胸腔镜肺叶切除患者的术后康复,提高术后生活质量和护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of prehabilitation combined with postoperative exercise rehabilitation in elderly patients with lung cancer undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy.Methods From February 2019 to February 2022,144 elderly lung cancer patients who underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy at Jiangsu Cancer Hospital were selected as the study subject using convenience sampling.Using the random number table method,the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 72 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group conducted prehabilitation combined with postoperative exercise rehabilitation on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the postoperative rehabilitation status(first time out of bed,exhaust time,defecation time,and complications),Quality of Life Index scores,and nursing satisfaction scores between two groups of patients.Results The first time out of bed,exhaust time,defecation time,and total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Quality of Life Index score of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Prehabilitation combined with postoperative exercise rehabilitation can promote postoperative rehabilitation of elderly lung cancer patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy,improve postoperative quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
