摘要
对石蜡基基础油、环烷基基础油以及它们配制的金属轧制乳化液,进行理化性能、摩擦学性能、高温清净性、添加剂配伍性、乳化稳定性对比研究。结合中试轧机试验结果,研究表明:石蜡基基础油在极压性、减摩性和抗磨性方面表现优异;环烷基基础油的高温清净性、添加剂配伍性,以及其乳化液的乳化稳定性和润滑性能均比石蜡基基础油及其乳化液性能优异。
The physical and chemical properties,tribological properties,high-temperature detergency,additive compatibility and emulsification stability of paraffinic base oils,naphthenic base oils and the metal rolling emulsion prepared with these base oils were studied.With reference to the results of pilot mill tests,the results show that the paraffinic base oils have excellent performance in extreme pressure,friction reduction and wear resistance,while the naphthenic oils and its emulsions are superior to the paraffinic base oils in annealing detergency,additive compatibility,emulsification stability and lubrication.
