摘要
能级工资集体协商是提升职工技能素质、深化产业工人队伍建设、实现共同富裕的重要途径,实践中虽已形成良好推进态势,但也存在技能人才评价机制供给不足、覆盖面不够广、协商指导工作跟不上和协商理念不适应等问题。建议通过建立综合型人才评价机制、拓宽激励面、形成分类分层工作体系、加强指导员队伍建设等路径不断深化完善。
Collective bargaining for scale payments aims to enhance employees'abilities and raise standards while strengthening the industry's workforce and achieving shared success.While practical achievements have benefi ted union members,certain issues persist like inadequate resource allocation for specialized personnel review mechanisms,poor coverage,diffi culty staying current through feedback consulting guidance and interpretivism level.In order to make progress in improving the current situation,continued efforts are recommended to further develop and enhance the following:advancing upon implementing a more comprehensive talent assessment framework;expanding the incentives offered for applications;constructing a class-based and hierarchical job structure;as well as enhancing the cultivation of instructing teams.
