摘要
理解和把握中国式现代化有多个维度,从发展道路理解和把握,中国式现代化是通向社会主义现代化强国和中华民族伟大复兴的康庄大道。中国式现代化道路具有鲜明的中国特色,立足中国国情,尊重人民选择,坚持14亿多人口共同富裕,坚持基本经济制度,坚持“五位一体”和“四化”同步,坚持物质文明、政治文明、精神文明、社会文明、生态文明协调发展,坚持和平发展,坚持中国共产党的领导和科学理论指导。在鲜明的中国特色中,中国式现代化道路包含着现代化道路的一般规律和共同特征,为人类走向现代化展现了美好前景,提供了现代化道路的全新选择。坚定不移坚持和发展中国式现代化道路,要做好八项工作,包括坚持和加强中国共产党对中国式现代化的统一领导和战略谋划;坚持以人民为中心,把实现人民对美好生活的向往作为中国式现代化建设的出发点和落脚点;坚持贯彻新发展理念,构建新发展格局,着力高质量发展;坚持实施科教兴国战略,强化现代化建设人才支撑;等等。
Understanding and grasping the Chinese path to modernization has multiple dimensions.From the perspective of development path,the Chinese path to modernization is a broad avenue leading to socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The Chinese path to modernization has distinct Chinese characteristics,which is based on China's national conditions,respects the people's choice,insists on the common prosperous of 1.4 billion people,adheres to the basic economic system,adheres to the"Five-sphere Integrated Plan"and"Four Modernizations"synchronization simultaneously,adheres to the coordinated development of material civilization,political civilization,spiritual civilization,social civilization,and ecological civilization,adheres to peaceful development,and adheres to the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the guidance of scientific theories.In distinct Chinese characteristics,the Chinese path to modernization contains the general rules and common characteristics of modernization paths,demonstrating a beautiful future for humanity to move towards modernization and providing a new choice for modernization paths.Unwaveringly adhering to and developing the Chinese path to modernization requires eight tasks,including:adhering to and strengthening the unified leadership and strategic planning of the CPC on Chinese path to modernization,adhering to the people-centered approach and taking the realization of the people's aspiration for a better life as the starting point and end result of Chinese path to modernization;adhering to implementing new development philosophy,building a new development pattern,and striving for high-quality development;adhering to implementing the strategy of rejuvenating China through science and education and strengthening support for talents in modernization construction;etc.
