分类后厨余垃圾组分特性及处理优化建议

摘要 在全国推进垃圾分类工作的背景下,国内厨余垃圾处理规模逐渐扩大,如何高效实现厨余垃圾资源化利用已成为行业热点话题。通过对比分类前后厨余垃圾组分及特性变化,梳理国内主流厨余垃圾处理工艺,结合厨余垃圾处理经验,对分类情况较好的厨余垃圾处理工艺和设备提出优化意见。进一步提高厨余垃圾处理工艺的合理性和可靠性,为厨余垃圾资源化利用技术的选择及应用提供参考。 In the context of the national promotion of garbage classification work,the scale of domestic food waste treatment is gradually expanding,how to efficiently realize the resource utilization of food waste has become a hot topic.By comparing the changes in the components and characteristics of kitchen waste before and after classification,sorting out the domestic mainstream kitchen waste disposal technology,combining with the experience of kitchen waste disposal,the optimization of the processing technology and equipment of food waste with better classification is put forward.Improve the rationality and reliability of kitchen waste disposal process,provides reference for the selection and application of kitchen waste resource utilization technology.
