前沿科研成果融入创新实验教学——载体形貌对Pt/Co_(3)O_(4)催化剂CO_(2)加氢性能影响

摘要 控制催化剂的形貌可以选择性的暴露反应性晶面或者特定的表面配位结构,从而有效的富集活性位点或调变反应路径。基于此,作者设计了以考察载体形貌对Pt/Co_(3)O_(4)催化剂上二氧化碳加氢性能影响为主体的教学实验,实验内容包括不同形貌Co_(3)O_(4)载体合成、Pt基催化剂的制备、基本物化性质表征、气固相CO_(2)加氢反应评价四部分。通过本教学实验,学生可以接触相关科研的前沿动态,对氧化物的形貌控制合成、负载催化剂的制备过程和气固相催化加氢反应评价有一定认识,有助于全面提高学生的科研素养和创新技能。 Controlling the morphology of the catalyst can selectively expose reactive crystal planes or specific surface coordination structures,thereby effectively enriching active sites or modulating reaction pathways.Based on this,a teaching experiment was designed to investigate the effect of support morphology on the performance of Pt/Co_(3)O_(4)catalysts for CO_(2)Hydrogenation.The content includes four parts:synthesis of Co_(3)O_(4)supports with different morphologies,preparation of Pt-based catalysts,characterization of physicochemical properties,and catalyst evaluation in gas-solid CO_(2)hydrogenation reaction.Through this teaching experiment,students can be exposed to the cutting-edge developments in relevant scientific research,and have a certain understanding of the morphology-controlled synthesis of oxides,the preparation process of supported catalysts and the catalyst evaluation in gas-solid catalytic hydrogenation reactions,which helps to comprehensively improve students'scientific literacy and innovation skills.
