摘要
文中结合实际案例,探讨了BIM在工程量计算、成本控制等方面的应用优势及优化效果。结果显示,基于参数化和信息化的BIM技术大大提高了工程量计算的精确性和工作效率,三维可视化和关联数据库支持了全过程的动态成本控制,集成化和协同化的BIM平台也降低了系统性风险。
Combined with practical cases,this paper discusses the application advantages and optimization effects ofBIMin engineering quantity calculation and cost control.The results show thatBIMtechnology based on parameterization and information technology greatly improves the accuracy and work efficiency of engineering quantity calculation,3D visualization and associated database support the dynamic cost control of the whole process,and the integrated and collaborativeBIMplatform also reduces the systematic risk.
