摘要
文中以某大跨钢箱梁步履式顶推架设法施工为例,通过建立有限元计算模型,分析了钢箱梁顶推过程中腹板局部失稳现象,进一步研究了采用满足钢箱梁整体受力的原设计截面、加厚腹板、设置腹板横向短加劲肋加固、设置腹板纵向加劲肋加固四种方案的腹板局部稳定性,采用较为经济的设置横向短加劲肋加固方案。主梁在后续顶推施工过程中未发生腹板局部失稳的现象,保障了现场顶推施工的安全进行,可为同类型桥梁设计及施工提供参考。
Taking the construction of a long-span steel box girder walking launching frame as an engineering example,the finite element calculation model is established by using the finite element software ANSYS.Through the analysis of the local instability of the web,the local stability of the web is further studied by adopting the original design section that meets the overall stress of the steel box girder,thickening the web,setting the transverse short stiffener of the web for reinforcement,and setting the longitudinal stiffener of the web for reinforcement.The more economical scheme of setting the transverse short stiffener for reinforcement is adopted.The reinforcement effect shows that the strengthened main beam does not lose stability during the subsequent launching construction,which ensures the safety of the subsequent launching construction of the steel box girder,and can provide reference for the design and construction of the same type of bridges.
