摘要
为改善35Cr2Ni2Mo-Mg铸钢的夹杂物的尺寸和形貌,提高力学和耐磨性能,对铸钢添加稀土元素(RE)进行改性优化。采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、拉伸试验机和摩擦磨损试验机测定了铸钢的显微组织、力学性能和耐磨性能,结果表明,35Cr2Ni2Mo-Mg铸钢添加RE后,夹杂物显著细化,平均尺寸下降到1.47μm;抗拉强度、屈服强度、硬度分别上升至1 274 MPa、1 198 MPa、52.9 HRC,延伸率下降了4.97%;在100 N外加载荷经过40 min磨损后的失重为2.503 2 g,磨损率降低了2.95%。
The rare earth element(RE)is added into cast steel for performance improvements and optimizations,so that the dimension and morphology of inclusion of 35Cr2Ni2Mo-Mg cast steel is improved.A metallography microscope,scanning electron microscope,tensile test machine,and friction wear tests were adopted to determine the microscopic structure,mechanical properties and abrasive resistance of cast steel.Results show the inclusion is significantly refined,the average size was decreased to 1.47μm;the tensile strength,yield strength and hardness were separately increased to 1274 MPa,1198 MPa,52.9 HRC,the elongation rate decreased to 4.97%;after the addition load on 100 N and after 40 min abrasion,weight loss is 2.5032 g,the wear rate decreased by 2.95%.
