摘要
针对工业园区提出了一种具备自主调峰能力的绿色供电方案。根据园区新增负荷配置相应规模的新能源和储能,通过优化控制方案,实现新能源发电量全部由新增负荷全额消纳,不向公网反送电,满足新能源场站削峰、平抑波动、提高电能质量等功能。通过储能充放电及弃电实现风储系统出力基本跟随园区负荷曲线变化,保证风储荷系统从电网下电基本为稳定值,实现了工业园区绿色供电系统的自主调峰。
A green power supply scheme with independent peak regulation function is proposed for industrial parks.According to the new loads in the park,the new energy and energy storage are configured in corresponding scale.Based on the optimization of control scheme,all the power generation of new energy will be fully consumed by the new loads,and no power will be sent back to the grid,which will satisfy the functions of peak regulating,fluctuation suppressing and power quality improvement of the new energy stations.Through energy storage charging and discharging and power abandonment,the output of wind power-energy storage system basically changes with the load curve of the park,ensuring that the power consumed by this wind power-energy storage-load system from the grid is basically stable,and realizing the independent peak regulation of the green power supply system of the industrial park.
