摘要
新农人创业是促进乡村产业振兴、推动农业农村现代化的重要力量,已受到越来越多的关注。本文基于社会资本理论、企业家的企业理论和资源基础理论,以贵州省新农人创业企业为考察对象,采用纵向探索性案例研究方法,全面呈现新农人在不同创业阶段为突破资源瓶颈而积极构建关系网络的价值创造行为,系统探索关系网络、企业家精神与新农人创业绩效三者之间的关系。研究发现,关系网络嵌入是新农人获取创业所需的物质资源、人力资源、知识资源和治理资源的重要通道;不同类型关系网络提供的资源不同,在创业各阶段的重要性也有所不同。社会性强关系网络是新农人创业初期获取资源的主要渠道;进入成长期,新创企业的关系网络开始由社会性关系网络向技术性、政治性和市场性关系网络拓展,以获取企业成长所需的异质性资源。企业家精神对于适时构建、维护、变革关系网络,获取网络资源至关重要;关系网络的信息传递和共同规范则进一步强化了企业家精神,两者相互依存、相互推进形成螺旋式上升的良性循环,共同提升新农人创业绩效。
Entrepreneurship of new farmers is an important force to promote the vitalization of ru-ral industries and the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,which has received more and more attention.Based on social capital theory,entrepreneur's enterprise theory and resource-based theory,this paper comprehensively presents the value creation behaviors of new farmers in different entrepre-neurial stages to break through resource bottlenecks by actively constructing relationship networks.Sys-tematically this paper explores the relationship among network,entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial performance of new farmers.We take typical entrepreneurial enterprises of new farmers in Guizhou prov-ince as the research object and adopt longitudinal exploratory case study method.It is found that rela-tional network embedding is an important channel for new farmers to obtain the material resources,hu-man resources,knowledge resources and governance resources needed for entrepreneurship.Different types of relationship network provide different resources and have different importance in dfferent stages of entrepreneurship.Strong social relationship network is the main channel for new farmers to obtain re-sources in the initial stage of entrepreneurship.In the growth stage,the relationship network of new en-terprises begins to expand from social relationship network to technical,political and market relationship network,so as to obtain the heterogeneous resources needed for the growth of enterpri-ses.Entrepreneurship is very important for constructing,maintaining and reforming the relationship net-work and obtaining network resources.The information transmission and common norms of the relation-ship network further strengthen the entrepreneurship.The two are interdependent and promote each other to form a virtuous circle spiraling upward,and jointly improve the entrepreneurial performance of new farmers.
