随着生物技术的飞速进步,特别是生物育种技术的创新,人类正面临着前所未有的生物边界挑战。这些技术不仅在科学上突破了生物的传统边界,还对现有的法律框架提出了严峻的挑战。本研究深入探讨了技术与法律之间的紧密互动,强调了法律在面对技术进步时需要具备的前瞻性和灵活性。在全球化背景下,倡导建立一个开放和合作的法律框架显得尤为重要,它可以促进技术的全球交流和传播,同时确保技术的安全、合规应用。本研究还提出了未来的研究方向,强调了跨学科合作的重要性,旨在为未来技术进步中的法律挑战提供策略性建议。
With the rapid advancements in biotechnology,especially innovations in biobreeding technology,humanity is facing unprecedented challenges related to biological boundaries.These technologies have not only scientifically breached traditional biological boundaries but also posed stern challenges to the existing legal frameworks.This research delves deeply into the tight interplay between technology and law,emphasizing the foresight and flexibility that laws must possess in the face of technological advancements.In a globalized context,advocating for an open and collaborative legal framework becomes especially important.Such a framework can promote global exchange and dissemination of technology while ensuring its safe and compliant application.This study also puts forth future research directions,underlining the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration,aiming to offer strategic recommendations for the legal challenges in future technological advancements.
