摘要
“阳化气,阴成形”理论是人体气机运动变化的基本规律,随着年龄增长其功能随之衰减并诱使、导致年龄相关性疾病的发生。年龄相关性黄斑病变(AMD)发病率、疾病进展与年龄呈正相关,故文章将“阳化气,阴成形”理论与眼部生理病理联系在一起,基于AMD临床研究与证据,从“阳化气,阴成形”理论探讨干性AMD的发病机制及治疗思路。认为阴成形不足,阳化气虚亢为干性AMD病机之本;阳化气不足,阴成形太过为干性AMD病机之要,治疗以阴填精为本,补益阳气为要,活血利水、适以消坚。
The theory of‘yang transforming qi and yin forming'is the basic law of the movement and changes of the human body's qi mechanism.With age,its function decays and induces and leads to the occurrence of age-related diseases.The incidence rate and disease progress of age-related macular degeneration(AMD)are positively correlated with age,so this paper will link the theory of‘yang transforming qi and yin forming'with eye physiology and pathology.Based on the clinical research and evidence of AMD,this paper willexplore the pathogenesis and treatment ideas of dry AMD from the theory of‘yang transforming qi and yin forming'.It is believed that insuffcient yin formation and excessive yang qi deficiency are the root causes of dry AMD;Insufficient yang transformation and excessive yin formation are essential for the pathogenesis of dry AMD.The treatment is based on flling yin with essence and tonifying yang qi,and invigorating blood and water with dissipation suitable.
