摘要
形成了治理共同体的城市更新,有助于构建更具可持续性的城市,共建、共治和共享,是城市更新治理共同体的重要内容。共建方面,发动社区居民的深度参与和合作共建。共治方面,形成政府、社会组织和居民的协同治理。共享方面,促成滨水空间资源的共享与公平分配。这一实践为城乡规划中城市更新提供了启示。首先,强调社区参与和共同体建设,促进社区的发展和共享。其次,注重公平分配和多样化需求,满足不同群体的需求,实现公共空间资源的公平分配。最后,探索城市更新中的经济回报机制,激励居民对公共空间的关注和参与。
Urban renewal with governance communities helps to build sustainable cities.The essential content of the communities in urban govemance includes co-constructiorn,cogovernance and sharing.In terms of co-construction,it is necessary to encourage the deep participation and cooperative construction of residents.In terms of co-governance,it is necessary to form collaborative governance among the government,social organizationsand residents.In terms of sharing,it is necessary to promote the sharing and fair distribution of waterfront space resources.Such practice provides inspiration for urban renewal in urban and rural planning.This study proposes the following suggestions:firstly,strengthen community participation and community building to promote community development and sharing;secondly,focus on the fair distribution and diversified needs,meet the needs of different groups,and achieve afair distribution of public space resources;thirdly,explore the economic return mechanism in urban renewal,and encourage residents to attach importance to and participate in public space.
