摘要
病案管理是医院管理的一个重要组成部分,对于提高医疗质量、保障医疗安全具有重要意义。本文通过概括基层医院病案管理工作范畴,分析基层医院病案管理工作存在的问题,提出解决基层医院病案管理工作问题的对策,希望为基层医院改进病案管理工作提供一定的参考和借鉴,促进医院管理水平的提升,提高医疗服务的质量和安全性。
Medical record management is an important part of hospital management,which is of great significance for improving medical quality and ensuring medical safety.Through summarizing the scope of medical records management in primary hospitals,this paper analyzes the problems existing in medical records management in primary hospitals,and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems in medical records management in primary hospitals,hoping to provide some references for improving medical records management in primary hospitals,promote the improvement of hospital management level,and improve the quality and safety of medical services.
