摘要
从10种不同基因型大豆(齐农26、齐农28、齐农33、齐农41、合丰50、合丰51、合丰55、黑河43、黑河45、农庆29)根际土壤及根内筛选具有促生能力的菌株共56株.其中,14株具有结瘤能力,2株具有固氮能力,44株具解磷能力,43株具溶磷能力,24株具IAA产生能力.由此可见,多株菌株同时具有多项促生能力.分别从中挑选3株综合促生能力较好的菌株QN15,N12,H16进行盆栽实验.结果表明,施加以上菌原液及稀释液均能显著提高植株株高、茎粗、根瘤数、结荚数、植株地上部分鲜质量及干质量.其中,与施加LB对照组相比,施加QN15原液、QN15稀释液、N12原液、N12稀释液、H16原液、H16稀释液分别提高植株地上生物量18%,29%,2%,26%,31%,2%.这些结果将为促生菌在农业上的应用提供参考.
Screened 56 strains with growth promoting ability from the rhizosphere soil and roots of 10 different genotypes of soybeans(Qinong 26,Qinong 28,Qinong 33,Qinong 41,Hefeng 50,Hefeng 51,Hefeng 55,Heihe 43,Heihe 45,Nongqing 29).Among them,14 strains had nodulation ability,2 strains had nitrogen fixation ability,44 strains had the ability to dissolve inorganic phosphorus,43 strains had the ability to dissolve organic phosphorus,and 24 strains had IAA production ability.It follows that,multiple strains have multiple growth promoting abilities at the same time.Three strains with better comprehensive growth promoting abilities,QN15,N12 and H16,were selected for pot experiment validation.The results showed that the application of the above bacterial stock solution and diluent significantly increased the plant height,stem diameter,nodule number,pod number,fresh and dry mass of the aboveground parts of the plant.Compared with the LB control group,applying QN15 stock solution,QN15 diluent,N12 stock solution,N12 diluent,H16 stock solution,H16 diluent respectively increased the aboveground biomass of plants by 18%,29%,2%,26%,31%,2%.These results will provide reference for the application of probiotics in agriculture.
