摘要
选取与数字经济发展密切相关的代表性数据,构建城市数字经济发展就绪度指标体系,运用熵值法和聚类分析法对长三角地区数字经济发展条件进行定量分析,得到长三角地区27个城市的数字经济发展就绪度水平,发现各城市发展数字经济的基础设施、经济环境、人力资本以及技术创新等方面存在严重的省域失衡现象,尤其是在数字化人才储备和信息技术创新方面存在“数字鸿沟”。建议进一步推进长三角地区数字一体化协同发展,夯实数字经济科技创新基础,加大城市区域间资源禀赋的互融与互补,共同打造全球数字经济的创新发展高地。
Selecting representative data closely related to the development of digital economy,constructing indicator system for the development readiness of urban digital economy,using entropy method and cluster analysis method to quantitatively analyze the conditions for digital economy development in the Yangtze River Delta,the development readiness level of digital economy of 27 cities in the Yangtze River Delta is obtained.It is discovered that there is a serious provincial imbalance in the infrastructure,economic environment,human capital,and technological innovation required for the development of the digital economy in various cities,especially in the field of digital talent reserves and information technology innovation,where a huge“digital divide”exists.It is recommended to further promote the coordinated development of digital integration in the Yangtze River Delta,consolidate the foundation of digital economy and scientific technology innovation,increase the mutual integration and complementarity of resource endowments between urban regions,and jointly create a highland for innovative development of the global digital economy.
