摘要
为有效提升高校思政课教师的综合素养,提升思政课教学实效,必须重视并积极推进高校思政课集体备课。同时,为有效解决当前在高校思政课集体备课中存在的问题,高校需建立完善的集体备课制度,保障思政课集体备课的有效开展,帮助思政课教师树立正确的集体备课理念,吸引辅导员和学生代表等参与集体备课,提升“备学生”实效,并与其他高校开展合作,借助信息化技术,建设思政课集体备课网络平台和信息资源库,实现思政课集体备课效果的提升。
In order to effectively enhance the comprehensive literacy of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political course teaching.We must attach importance to and actively promote the collective lesson preparation.At the same time,in order to effectively solve the current problems in collective lesson preparation for ideological and political courses,colleges and universities need to establish a sound collective lesson preparation system,ensure the effective implementation of collective lesson preparation for ideological and political courses,help ideological and political course teachers establish the correct concept of collective lesson preparation,attract counselors and student representatives to participate in collective lesson preparation,improve the effectiveness of“student preparation”and cooperate with other colleges and universities.By utilizing information technology to build a collective lesson preparation network platform and information resource library for ideological and political courses,the effectiveness of collective lesson preparation for ideological and political courses can be improved.
