摘要
以探讨工匠和工匠型人才成长规律为逻辑起点,从推进中等和高等职业教育贯通人才培养模式改革、深化中国特色现代学徒制改革试点、打造“技能大师工作室”培养模式、推行项目制人才培养模式改革、建立中国式职业技能竞赛培养培训模式等方面,着力探索职业院校工匠型人才培养模式改革,以期为职业院校培养更多能工巧匠、大国工匠提供可借鉴可复制可推广的人才培养路径和范式。
With the discussion of the growth law of craftsmen and craftsman talents as the logical starting point,this paper aims to explore the reform of the training mode of craftsman talents in vocational colleges from the aspects of promoting the reform of talent training mode in secondary and higher vocational education,deepening the pilot reform of modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics,creating the training mode of“skill master studio”,carrying out the reform of the training mode of project-based talents,and establishing the training mode of Chinese-style vocational skill competition,so as to provide talent training paths and paradigms that can be copied,promoted and used for reference to cultivate more skilled craftsmen and great national craftsmen in vocational colleges.
