摘要
在保暖衬衫的服装缩率、样板调整、裁剪方法、缝制方法、设备调试、工具改进及整烫操作等方面进行大量的试验研究,解决了保暖衬衫内胆与外层面料不匹配、版型不良、缝制技术瓶颈,以及导致的合格率低、返修多、生产效率低下的问题。
Many experimental studies of warm shirt have been carried out in the aspects of garment shrinkage,template adjustment,cutting method,sewing method,equipment adjustment,tool improvement and ironing operation.The problems of mismatch between the inner liner and the outer shirt,poor pattern,sewing technology bottleneck,and the low pass rate,more repair and low production efficiency of warm shirt were solved.
