摘要
引导骨再生是美学区种植治疗中最常用的骨增量术式,其扩大了口腔种植的临床指征,保证了种植义齿长期的功能和美学效果。近年来引导骨再生对种植体周软组织美学的影响已逐渐引起学界关注。本文针对种植体周软硬组织关系及引导骨再生对唇侧软组织高度、近远中龈乳头高度、唇侧根面凸度/软组织颜色与质地及总体粉色美学评分的影响进行文献归纳总结。
Guided bone regeneration(GBR)has been widely used to augment the peri-implant bone tissue in esthetic zone.The application of this technique expands the clinical indications for oral implants and ensures long-term functional and esthetic outcomes.The potential influence of GBR on peri-implant soft tissue esthetics has been studied widely in recent years.This article reviews the relevant literature and summarizes the relationship between peri-implant soft and hard tissues,as well as the impact of GBR on the level of gingival margin,mesial and distal papilla height,root convexity/soft tissue color and texture,and pink esthetic score.
