摘要
智慧家庭快速进入人们生活,但市场上主流智慧家庭场景类似,各企业开发的新场景也并未完全解决用户痛点,反而有些繁杂的操作会增加用户的认知负担,给用户带来新的问题,而关注用户体验在智慧家庭场景上尤为重要。因此通过探讨用户体验与家电的关系,了解用户体验评价对于智慧场景的重要性,浅谈针对家庭智慧场景用户体验评价的流程。基于文献研究,及多年的测试经验,完善智慧家庭用户体验研究流程,将智慧家庭用户体验研究流程划分为调研流程与研究流程,调研流程针对需求研究及企划阶段,研究流程可应用于企划、开发及市场阶段。
Smart homes are rapidly entering people's lives,but the mainstream smart home scenes in the market are similar.The new scenes developed by various enterprises have not completely solved the pain points of users.On the contrary,some complicated operations will increase the cognitive burden of users and bring new problems to users.Paying attention to user experience is particularly important in smart home scenes.Therefore,by discussing the relationship between user experience and home appliances,we can understand the importance of user experience evaluation for smart scenes,and discuss the process of user experience evaluation for home smart scenes.Based on literature research and years of testing experience,perfects the research process of smart home user experience,and divides it into research process and research process.The research process is aimed at demand research and planning stage,and the research process can be applied to planning,development and marketing stage.
