摘要
研究不同光引发剂UV三防胶在LED光源下的固化效果。通过建立一整套分析验证方法,包含固化度研究、涂层致密性分析、固化能量研究、耐腐蚀性能分析、电性能分析,分析单波段(365 nm)光引发剂、多波段光引发剂在LED及汞灯光源下固化能量及固化效果的差异。LED光固化创新技术在家电电控防护领域的应用,通过实验验证,LED光固化技术可以有效提高家电电控部件的防护性能,降低故障率。
The solidification effect of UV 3 anti-glue in LED light was studied.By establishing a complete set of analytical verification methods,including the analysis of the solidification degree,the coating density the solidification energy research,the corrosion resistance can analyze,the electrical performance analysis,the analysis of the difference between the single band(365 nm)optical initiator and multi-band light initiator in the LED and mercury lamp light source.The application of led light solidification innovation technology is used in the field of electrical control protection,and the performance of the electrical control parts of electrical appliances can be improved effectively by experiment,and the failure rate of the electrical control parts is improved.
