摘要
目的探讨任务导向训练联合针灸对中青年高血压脑出血患者术后神经功能康复及生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2020年1月—2022年12月山东国欣颐养集团枣庄中心医院收治的82例中青年高血压脑出血患者的临床资料。按术后康复方式分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组给予任务导向训练联合针灸治疗,比较两组患者神经功能缺损情况、肢体运动功能和生活质量。结果治疗后,观察组运动功能评分高于对照组,神经功能缺损程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组物质生活状态评分(71.29±3.73)分、心理功能(73.45±3.65)分、社会功能(71.36±3.46)分、躯体功能(72.26±3.62)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.102、12.899、9.870、13.390,P<0.05)。结论任务导向训练联合针灸治疗能够提升中青年高血压脑出血患者术后神经功能和日常运动能力,改善患者术后生活质量。
Objective To explore the effects of task-oriented training combined with acupuncture on neurological rehabilitation and quality of life in young and middle-aged hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients after surgery.Methods The clinical data of 82 young and middle-aged patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Zaozhuang Central Hospital of Shandong Guoxin Nursing Group from January 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into observation group and control group according to postoperative rehabilitation methods,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given task-oriented training combined with acupuncture treatment.The neurological impairment,limb motor function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the motor function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the neurological function deficit score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of material life status(71.29±3.73)points,psychological function(73.45±3.65)points,social function(71.36±3.46)points and physical function(72.26±3.62)points in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=10.102,12.899,9.870,13.390,P<0.05).Conclusion Task-oriented training combined with acupuncture treatment can improve nerve function and daily exercise ability of middle-aged and young patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after surgery,and improve the quality of life of patients after surgery.
