摘要
半夏泻心汤出自《伤寒论》,主要功效为平调寒热、消痞散结。半夏泻心汤“泻心”之义既是泻心下痞,也是泻心火,都与心相关。文章从心的角度入手系统解读半夏泻心汤,明确半夏泻心汤“泻心”机制:①病位在心下非胃脘部,具体来说应当是心以下,胃以上之处,与心关系密切;②火热为心之性,半夏泻心汤主要是通过泻心以泻火热之邪;③心为阳脏,主散,半夏泻心汤通过泻心,心阳能正常下降与心阴化合心气,温煦脾胃,从而散痞,这是心本为阳脏主散的功能体现;④半夏泻心汤是由脾经药配以泻心经之药组成,脾胃心经沟通,火土相助;⑤浊气归心,淫精于脉。其中进一步解释了半夏泻心汤证可因脾胃中阳受损,湿浊邪气阻于心下,心阳无法正常下降,心火上炎所致;⑥火土相生,泻火补土。心火、脾土相生,半夏泻心汤于脾胃中泻火之亢盛;⑦相火离位,君相火旺;半夏泻心汤证实则是相火离位,君相火旺,君火无法正常下降温煦脾土;⑧脾病治心,心脾皆治。半夏泻心汤实则是脾病治心的体现,从而达到心脾皆治之功。
Banxia Xiexin decoction is from the Treatise on Febrile Diseases,and its main effect is to calm down cold and heat,eliminate lumps and dissipate knots.The meaning of"Xiexin"in Banxia Xiexin decoction is both diarrhea of the heart and diarrhea of the heart fire,which are both related to the heart.The article starts from the perspective of the heart to systematically interpret the Banxia Xiexin decoction,clear half-summer diarrhea heart soup"Xiexin"mechanism:1.The location of the disease in the lower part of the heart and not the stomach and epigastric region,spe⁃cifically,should be below the heart,above the stomach,and close relationship with the heart;2.Fire and heat is the nature of the heart,and Banxia Xiexin decoction is mainly to diarrhea fire and heat by diarrhea of the heart;3.The heart is a yang organ,mainly dispersing,and by diarrhea of the heart in Banxia Xiexin decoction,the heart yang can descend normally and combine with the heart yin to warm the spleen and stomach,thus dispersing the plaque,which is a reflection of the function of the heart as a yang organ,mainly dispersing;4.Banxia Xiexin decoction is composed of medicines from the spleen meridian with medicines from the heart meridian,so that the spleen,stomach and heart meridians communicate with each other,and fire and earth help each other;5.Turbid qi returns to the heart,obscene essence in the veins.It further explains that the evidence of Banxia Xiexin decoction can be caused by the damage of the middle yang of the spleen and stomach,the dampness and turbid evil qi blocking the lower part of the heart,the heart yang not being able to descend properly,and the fire of the heart being upwardly inflamed;6.Fire and earth are born together,diarrhea of fire and replenishment of earth.Heart fire and spleen-earth are born together,and Banxia Xiexin decoction is used in the spleen and stomach to remove the hyperactivity of fire;7.The phase fire away from the position,the king phase fire is strong;Banxia Xiexin decoction confirms that the phase fire is
