生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌功能锻炼对产后压力性尿失禁患者盆底肌肌力及尿流动力学的影响分析

摘要 目的评估产后压力性尿失禁患者治疗中,盆底肌功能锻炼+生物反馈电刺激的实施效果。方法选取2020年7月—2023年6月青岛市胶州中心医院产科80例产后压力性尿失禁患者为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组实施单一盆底肌功能锻炼治疗,研究组联合生物反馈电刺激,对比两组盆底肌肌力、漏尿情况、尿流动力学参数及治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组漏尿情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组尿流动力学各指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗有效率(97.50%)较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05)。结论盆底肌功能锻炼+生物反馈电刺激疗效显著,可以帮助患者改善尿流动力学、盆底肌肌力、漏尿情况。 Objective To evaluate the effect of pelvic floor muscle function exercise plus biofeedback electrical stimu‐lation in the treatment of postpartum patients with stress urinary incontinence.Methods 80 postpartum stress urinary incontinence patients from July 2020 to June 2023 in the obstetrics department of Jiaozhou Central Hospital in Qing‐dao were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group,using a random drawing method.The control group received a single pelvic floor muscle exercise treatment,while the study group received a combination of biofeedback electrical stimulation.The pelvic floor muscle strength,urinary leakage,urodynamic parameters,and treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Re⁃sults After treatment,the muscle strength of class I and II muscle fibers in the study group were higher,and the differ‐ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the leakage rate in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,all indicators of urody‐namics in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the study group(97.50%)was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor muscle function exercise+biofeed‐back electrical stimulation has significant effect,which can help patients improve urine flow dynamics,pelvic floor muscle strength and urine leakage.
