摘要
目的评估孟鲁司特钠联合氯雷他定治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的有效性。方法选择2020年1月—2023年1月期间烟台市北海医院收治的70例过敏性紫癜患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组、观察组,每组35例。对照组采用孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组采用孟鲁司特钠联合氯雷他定治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、炎症因子水平、症状消失时间、不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的71.43%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.737,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组血清骨桥蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腹痛、皮肤紫癜、恶心呕吐、关节肿痛症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合氯雷他定治疗小儿过敏性紫癜具有显著效果,可以增强疗效,降低炎症反应,并且缩短患儿临床症状消失时间。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Montelukast Sodium combined with Loratadine treatment in pediatric allergic purpura.Methods 70 children with anaphylactoid purpura admitted to Beihai Hospital of Yantai City from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Montelukast Sodium,and the observation group was treated with Montelukast Sodium combined with Loratadine.The total effective rate,the level of inflammatory factors,the time of symptom disappearance and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%,higher than that of the control group(71.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.737,P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of osteopontin,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abdominal pain,skin purpura,nausea and vomiting,joint swelling and pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Montelukast Sodium combined with Loratadine has a significant effect in the treatment of pediatric allergic purpura,which can enhance the efficacy,reduce the inflammatory reaction,and shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms in children.
