摘要
衰老导致骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,BM-MSCs)的分化再生、迁移归巢和免疫调节功能受损、并呈现衰老相关分泌表型(senescence-associated secretory phenotype,SASP),失去对组织的再生修复和免疫保护并诱发慢性炎症,引发年龄相关骨组织退行性病变,限制其在细胞治疗中的使用效果,提高使用风险。BM-MSCs衰老研究对预防和治疗年龄相关骨组织退行性病变及完善BM-MSCs的临床应用极其重要。该文综述了BM-MSCs衰老研究的最新进展,并提出了一些抑制BM-MSCs衰老的新策略和新思路。
Senescence of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BM-MSCs)result in the decreased plasticity and regeneration potential,impaired migration and homing ability,and the senescence-associated secretory phenotype(SASP),and leads to compromised tissue repair and immune protect function,as well as induced chronic inflammation,causing age-related bone tissue degeneration.Moreover,senescence reduces the effectiveness while increases the risk of BM-MSCs application in cell therapy.Therefore,research in BM-MSCs senescence is of great importance for the prevention and treatment of aging-associated bone tissue degenerative diseases,and the improvement of BM-MSCs clinical application.In this paper,the latest research progress in BM-MSCs senescence is reviewed.The new strategies and ideas to inhibit BM-MSCs senescence are also suggested.
