摘要
石灰窑煅烧温度与石灰的质量关系密切,入炉煤气的热值直接影响石灰窑的煅烧温度,进而对石灰生产质量产生重要影响,为了避免石灰窑生烧、过烧等问题,对入炉煤气的热值进行测量分析至关重要,对于提升企业石灰窑生产效率、提升石灰质量及企业经济效果具有重大现实意义。本研究以锦源化工为实例,就其燃烧式热值分析仪在白灰窑生产工艺中的具体应用展开探讨,期望可以更好地指导工作人员调节现场工况,保证石灰窑炉的煅烧温度,提升出炉石灰的质量与煤气资源的利用率,促进节能降耗,提升企业效益。
The calcination temperature of lime kiln is closely related to the quality of lime.The calorific value of the gas entering the furnace directly affects the calcination temperature of lime kiln,which in turn has an important impact on the quality of lime production.In order to avoid problems such as burning and overburning in lime kiln,it is crucial to measure and analyze the calorific value of the gas entering the furnace.This has significant practical significance for improving the production efficiency of lime kiln,improving lime quality,and economic benefits of enterprises.This study takes Jinyuan Chemical as an example to explore the specific application of its combustion type calorific value analyzer in the production process of lime kilns.It is hoped that it can better guide staff to adjust on-site conditions,ensure the calcination temperature of lime kilns,improve the quality of lime produced and the utilization rate of gas resources,promote energy conservation and consumption reduction,and enhance enterprise benefits.
