液氨是化工行业常用原材料,在化工生产中发挥重要作用,球罐是存储液氨的主要设备,占地面积小且制造成本低,被化工行业广泛应用。本文将结合液氨的存储需要,研究液氨球罐区设备的布置原则,分析液氨罐区配管的合理布设方案,充分发挥液氨球罐存储设备优势,提升液氨存储环境的安全性,缩减化工企业运营成本。
Liquid ammonia is a commonly used raw material in the chemical industry and plays an important role in chemical production.Spherical tanks are the main equipment for storing liquid ammonia,with small footprint and low manufacturing costs,and are widely used in the chemical industry.This article will combine the storage needs of liquid ammonia,study the layout principles of equipment in the liquid ammonia ball tank area,analyze the reasonable layout plan of piping in the liquid ammonia tank area,fully leverage the advantages of liquid ammonia ball tank storage equipment,improve the safety of the liquid ammonia storage environment,and reduce the operating costs of chemical enterprises.
