摘要
为了实现在国产数控螺旋锥齿轮铣齿机上进行高效加工面齿轮,文中推导了理想直齿面齿轮的齿面方程,建立了面齿轮车齿加工过程的运动学模型;根据齿轮刀具设计手册及面齿轮车齿加工原理,设计了面齿轮的车齿刀具;采用VERICUT进行了仿真加工试验,验证车齿法加工面齿轮的正确性,并根据仿真结果进行了刀具结构优化设计;基于所优化的车齿刀具进行了面齿轮车齿加工试验及齿形、齿距精度测量,证明了车齿法加工面齿轮的可行性及刀具设计的正确性。
In this article,in order to efficiently process the face gears on the domestic CNC spiral bevel gear milling machines,the tooth-surface equation for the ideal straight-tooth face gear is derived,and the kinematics model of the face gear's skiving process is set up.According to both the gear tool design manual and the principle of the face gear's skiving process,the skiving cutter is designed.VERICUT is used to carry out the simulation and processing experiments;thus,it is verified that the method is feasible to process the face gears.According to the simulation results,the cutter structure is optimized.Based on the skiving cutter,the face gear's skiving process is subject to the experiments;the tooth shape and the tooth pitch accuracy are measured.This study has proved that it is feasible to process the face gears with the help of skiving and the cutter design is correct.
