摘要
在对城市应急物流多配送点配送时,由于配送点数量较多,物流信息不及时等原因,导致物流的配送效率降低,且物流配送成本增高。为了得到满意的城市应急物流多配送点路径优化方案,提出一种基于改进PSO的城市应急物流多配送点路径优化方法。分析影响道路通行难易程度的相关因素,以最低配送成本和最短配送路径长度为目标函数,以配送点需求和车辆装载质量作为约束,建立城市应急物流多配送点路径优化模型。采用改进的PSO算法对模型求解,获取最优城市应急物流多配送点路径。实验结果表明,所提方法的城市应急物流多配送点路径总长度和配送时间短,能够获取城市应急物流最优配送路径,为相关决策者提供科学的决策依据。
When distributing to multiple distribution points in urban emergency logistics,due to the large number of distribution points and untimely logistics information,the efficiency of logistics distribution is reduced,and the cost of logistics distribution is increased.In order to obtain a satisfactory urban emergency logistics multi distribution point path optimization scheme,an improved PSO based urban emergency logistics multi distribution point path optimization method is proposed.Analyze the relevant factors that affect the ease of road traffic,and establish a multi distribution point path optimization model for urban emergency logistics with the minimum distribution cost and shortest distribution path length as the objective functions,and the distribution point demand and vehicle loading quality as constraints.The improved PSO algorithm is used to solve the model to obtain the optimal urban emergency logistics multiple distribution point path.The experimental results show that the proposed method can obtain the optimal distribution path for urban emergency logistics and provide scientific decision-making basis for relevant decision makers due to its short total length and delivery time of multiple distribution points in urban emergency logistics.
