摘要
双重社会资本是提升企业数字化建设水平的驱动因素。本文基于315份调研数据,探讨了双重社会资本对企业数字化建设的影响机制。研究结果表明:本地社会资本与企业数字化建设呈显著负相关关系,超本地社会资本与企业数字化建设呈显著正相关关系;本地社会资本与利用式学习呈显著正相关关系,超本地社会资本与探索式学习呈显著正相关关系;利用式学习中介了本地社会资本与企业数字化建设之间的关系,探索式学习中介了超本地社会资本与企业数字化建设之间的关系;企业柔性正向调节了本地社会资本与企业数字化建设之间的关系,以及超本地社会资本与企业数字化建设之间的关系。本文研究结果为企业数字化转型的有序推进提供了实践参考。
Dual social capital is the driving factor to enhance the level of enterprise digital construction.Based on 315 survey data,this paper discusses the impact mechanism of dual social capital on enterprise digital construction.The results show that local social capital has a significant negative impact on enterprise digital construction,over-local social capital has a significant positive impact on enterprise digital construction.Local social capital has a significant positive impact on exploitative learning,over-local social capital has a significant positive impact on exploratory learning.Exploitative learning mediates the relationship between local social capital and enterprise digital construction,exploratory learning mediates the relationship between over-local social capital and enterprise digital construction.Enterprise flexibility positively moderates the relationship between local social capital and enterprise digital construction,and the relationship between over-local social capital and enterprise digital construction.The results of this paper provide a practical reference for the orderly promotion of enterprise digital transformation.
