摘要
培养高素质国际化创新型工程人才是增强综合国力和国际竞争力、提升产业发展水平的保障。新工科背景下培养国际化复合创新型矿业人才,有利于推动我国矿业高质量发展和国家能源安全战略贯彻落实。针对新能源科学与工程、智能采矿工程等矿业类新工科专业,分析矿业类新工科专业本科生人才培养过程中存在的问题,从培养目标、课程建设、实习基地建设、师资队伍建设和考核评价体系等方面探讨、分析矿业类新工科专业人才培养模式及体系,为矿业类高校新工科国际化创新型人才培养提供有益借鉴。
Training high-quality international innovative engineering talents is the guarantee to enhance the comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness,and enhance the level of industrial development.Cultivating international,compound and innovative mining talents under the background of new engineering is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of China's mining industry and the implementation of the national energy security strategy.Aiming at the new engineering majors of mining such as new energy science and engineering and intelligent mining engineering,this paper analyzes on the problems existing in the process of cultivating undergraduate talents of new engineering majors of mining,and probes into and analyzes on the talent training mode and system of new engineering majors of mining from the aspects of training objectives,course construction,practice base construction,teacher team construction,assessment and evaluation system,etc.It provides a useful reference for the training of international innovative talents of new engineering in mining universities.
