摘要
基于自然的解决方案(NbS)作为从自然出发的发展理念,在我国国土空间规划、土地综合整治和耕地保护、生态修复工程等方面起到积极作用,但在滨海区域以NbS为理念支撑的生态修复工程仍缺乏经验。近年来,NbS的理念在盐城滨海湿地生态修复的实践成果丰硕。文章通过本地调查和分析归类,回顾了NbS在盐城的探索和实践,总结了NbS在盐城的自然恢复型、人工干预型、自然恢复+人工干预复合型3种生态修复模式,分析了3种模式实践的修复工程和效果,并从NbS的视角对我国滨海湿地生态保护修复工程在技术措施、效果评价和制度机制等方面进行分析,为其他地区NbS的探索和实践提供借鉴。
Nature-based Solutions(NbS),as a development concept starting from Nature,play a positive role in China's land spatial planning,land comprehensive regulation,arable land protection and ecological restoration projects,but the ecological restoration projects in coastal region with support of NbS concept still lack experience.In recent years,NbS concept has achieved fruitful results in Yancheng coastal wetland ecological restoration practice.Through local investigation,analysis and classification,this paper reviews and investigates the exploration and development of NbS in Yancheng,summarizes the three ecological restoration models of NbS:natural restoration,artificial intervention,natural restoration+artificial intervention,and analyzes the practical restoration projects and effects corresponding to the three models.From the perspective of NbS,the technical measures,effect evaluation and institutional mechanism of coastal wetland ecological protection and restoration projects in China were analyzed.
