摘要
目的观察骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折行不同手术方案的治疗效果,提出适合患者的合理手术方式。方法选取2021年12月至2023年7月枣庄市峄城区人民医院骨二科接收的100例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各50例,分别行经皮椎体成形术与经皮椎体后凸成形术,比较其疼痛程度(VAS)、伤椎影像学指标、椎体功能(ODI)、临床疗效及并发症情况。结果治疗后4周与治疗后3个月,观察组患者的VAS评分、椎体前缘高度压缩率、Cobb角、ODI评分与并发症发生率均低于对照组患者,且临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与经皮椎体成形术比较,经皮椎体后凸成形术的临床应用效果更为满意,可显著缓解患者的疼痛症状,改善伤椎椎体高度,促进Cobb角畸形恢复,增强椎体功能,是一种安全有效的手术治疗方法。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of different surgical schemes on osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,propose a reasonable surgical approach suitable for patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures were selected from the Department of Orthopedics,Yicheng District People's Hospital from December 2021 to July 2023.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group with 50 cases each.Who were underwent percutaneous vertebroplasty and percutaneous kyphoplasty.The pain level(VAS),vertebral imaging indicators,vertebral function(ODI),clinical efficacy,and complications of the two groups of patients were examined and evaluated.Results At 4 weeks and 3 months after treatment,the VAS score,anterior vertebral height compression rate,Cobb angle,ODI score and incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the clinical efficacy rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with percutaneous vertebroplasty,percutaneous kyphoplasty has a more satisfactory clinical application effect,which can significantly alleviate pain symptoms,improve the height of the injured vertebral body,promote the recovery of Cobb angle deformity,and enhance vertebral function.It is a safe and effective surgical treatment method.
